Step 1: Check if the network cable plugged into the PC is working.
If it is working, proceed to the next step.
If it is not working, replace the network cable with a new one.
Step 2: Go to the "System Manager" page. Check the status of Gencore.
If it shows "Not running," click "Reload Gencore."
After trying to reload 2 or 3 times, if it still doesn't work, please select "Reset Gencore" (Note: resetting Gencore may cause loss of your proxy settings).
If it shows "Running," check the connection mode (customers can choose between "DHCP" or "PPPoE").
If the customer selects "DHCP" but does not receive an IP address, please check the network cable connection again.
Additionally, confirm with your Internet service provider whether the device has been configured in Bridge mode. If the modem is in Bridge mode, the customer needs to switch to "PPPoE" mode to connect.
Press the Windows key, type cmd, and open the Command Prompt window.
Then, type the command ipconfig and press Enter.
The result will show your IP address. For example, you can access the address: 192.168.100.1:9000
