# Delivery and payment

By purchasing a product from **GenFarmer**, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. These terms outline the conditions related to pricing, payments, shipping, delivery, returns, and warranty.

* All prices are listed in **USD** unless otherwise stated.
* Prices may vary based on region, taxes, and shipping costs.
* GenFarmer accepts various payment methods, including **credit/debit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and bank transfers**.
* Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.
* We reserve the right to adjust pricing or promotions at any time without prior notice.

* **Vietnam & Indonesia**: **1-3 business days**.
* **United States & Canada**: **7-10 business days**.
* **Other International Destinations**: Delivery times vary based on location, typically ranging from **5-14 business days**.

#### **Shipping Conditions**

* Orders are processed **within 24-48 hours** after payment is received.
* Customers will receive a **tracking number** upon shipment.
* Shipping costs vary based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
* GenFarmer is not responsible for **delays caused by customs clearance, unforeseen circumstances, or local courier issues**.
* Customers are responsible for any applicable **import duties, taxes, and customs fees** in their country.

* Orders can only be canceled within **12 hours** of payment confirmation.
* Once an order has been shipped, **cancellation is not possible**.

* GenFarmer products come with a **1-year limited hardware warranty** from the date of purchase.
