4. WiFi Manager – Create and Customize Your Own WiFi Networks

The WiFi Manager lets you create, edit, or disable multiple WiFi networks broadcasted by GenRouter. This is especially useful when you want to assign different IPs or VPNs to separate WiFi networks for managing devices more efficiently.

📶 How to Add a New WiFi

Click the "Add WiFi" button to create a new network. A popup window will appear with several options:

🔧 Setup Options:

Field
Description

Band

Choose between 2G or 5G. 2G is more stable over long range; 5G is faster at close range.

WiFi Name

Enter the name of the network you want to show in the WiFi list.

Brand

Select the WiFi router brand (e.g. Viettel, TP-Link, Cisco, Huawei, Xiaomi, Asus, etc.). This helps mimic the appearance of common routers.

MAC Address

You can enter a custom MAC address or leave it blank to auto-generate (random). Custom MACs are useful for simulating different devices.

Password

Optional. If set, it must be at least 8 characters. You can leave it blank for open WiFi (not recommended).

Hidden Toggle

Turn this ON if you want to hide the WiFi network name. Hidden networks must be joined manually (by typing SSID and password).

💡 Tips:

  • Use different WiFi names to separate tasks (e.g. gen-farm-tiktok, vpn-us, proxy-viettel)

  • Hiding WiFi helps prevent others from seeing or connecting to your network

  • Changing MAC addresses allows you to reset device identity, useful for account farming

✅ After creating:

Once you've filled in all fields, click "Add". The new WiFi will appear in the WiFi list and will be ready to use.

To apply any changes (disable, enable, or hide networks), use the switches or options in the Action column, then click “Apply for Router” at the top right to save changes.
