GenFarmer provides global shipping with different delivery times based on location:

Vietnam & Indonesia: 1-3 business days.
United States & Canada: 7-10 business days.
Other International Destinations: Delivery times vary based on location, typically ranging from 5-14 business days.
Shipping Conditions
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment is received.
Customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment.
Shipping costs vary based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
GenFarmer is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, unforeseen circumstances, or local courier issues.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees in their country.
4. Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact support immediately.
5. Warranty & Product Support
GenFarmer products come with a 1-year limited hardware warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.
Software issues, physical damage, and unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.
Customers can purchase extended warranty plans for additional coverage.
6. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.

Refunds will be issued after product inspection, excluding shipping fees.
